Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Production Strategy: Develop and execute production strategies and long-term plans that align with overall company goals and customer demands.
Budget & Cost Control: Manage the production budget, estimate costs, negotiate resources, and implement measures to optimize resource utilization and control expenses.
Performance Analysis: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
Process Optimization: Implement and oversee initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, to enhance production processes, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement and productivity.
Scheduling: Plan, organize, and draw up detailed production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and production targets.
Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including materials, equipment, facilities, and personnel.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate closely with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and the smooth delivery of finished products.
Equipment Maintenance: Take responsibility for the maintenance of production equipment, organizing the repair and routine service to ensure reliable operations.
