We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong AI/ML background to lead the development and

scaling of our Digital products by leveraging AI. This is a high-impact role that blends deep technical


understanding product leadership, aimed at building foundational practices and expanding our AI


ecosystem across teams

Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to execution and scaling. Establish and standardize best practices for product development and lifecycle management. Drive adoption and scalability of the AI ecosystem across internal teams and business units. Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI/ML-driven features. Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to build innovative AI/ML solutions. Translate complex technical concepts into user-centric product experiences. Stay on top of AI/ML trends and technologies to continuously enhance product capabilities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Job Experience

8-10 years of overall experience

, including: + A strong foundation as an engineer or technical contributor
+ At least

+ years in a product role

focused on AI/ML
Proven track record of launching and scaling AI-powered products Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and model deployment Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields Experience in building platforms or tools that empower other teams (AI-as-a-service mindset) Experience in retail sectors such as fashion, lifestyle, or home, as well as eCommerce products, will be considered an added advantage Familiarity with AI ethics, model interpretability, and responsible AI frameworks Previous experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment is a plus

Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive clarity Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, especially when explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
