A Day in the Life
As a Senior Product Manager for Garnier, you'll report to the Brand Business Lead and lead a dynamic, international team of two direct reports. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketeers, sales, digital, e-commerce, finance, and business development, to drive the brand's growth in the GCC market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Marketing: Design and execute marketing strategies to strengthen Garnier Skin Active's position in the skincare category.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage consumer insights and market data to shape product launches and campaigns.
• Budget Management: Optimize budgets to maximize ROI across marketing initiatives.
• Innovation & Creativity: Develop compelling storytelling and creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, digital, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.

We Are Looking For
You're a great match if you have:

• A Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience, ideally in skincare and with knowledge of the GCC market
• Expertise in budget management, data-driven decision-making, marketing strategy design, and consumer insights leveraging
• Strong skills in creative thinking, storytelling, prioritization, and cooperation
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a nice-to-have)
