Senior Product Manager Agents Platform
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, experienced Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of the AGENTS product from concept to launch.
You'll work directly with the company's founder and VP Product to shape the product vision and bring it to life. This is a rare opportunity to build a new product from scratch (0 to 1), lead cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful impact for a growing, global travel-tech scaleup redefining how modern travel agents operate.
What you'll be doing:

• Turning big ideas into clear specs, stories, and deliverables for R&D, Design, and Commercial teams.
• Leading roadmap, backlog, and PRD development.
• Conducting competitive research, user interviews, and strategic validation.
• Collaborating daily with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Balancing strategic vision with tactical execution owning results, not just process.
• Advocating for your users. Making sure this platform works for the agents who'll use it.

What you'll need:

• 4-5+ years in product management, with at least 2 at senior level.
• Experience owning 0-to-1 product launches (ideally in SaaS or B2B).
• Fluent in English.
• A tech or business background and the ability to think in both directions.
• Deep user empathy, strong ownership, and a sharp problem-solving mindset.

Bonus points if you've:

• Worked in travel tech or built platforms for independent professionals or sellers.
• Been part of a startup or scaleup journey.
• Relocated or worked internationally.

Salary: $72,000 - $96,000 per year (USD), depending on experience
