Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the development and evolution of our fintech products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for assigned fintech products and features, from concept to launch and beyond. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify market opportunities, user needs, and pain points. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, track performance, and drive continuous improvement. Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric design and championing customer needs throughout the product development process. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the fintech space, incorporating insights into product strategy and planning. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers, fostering collaboration and driving alignment on product vision and priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven 5+years of experience in product management roles within the fintech industry, with a successful track record of launching and managing digital products or platforms. Deep understanding of fintech trends, technologies, and market dynamics, with a passion for innovation and disruption in financial services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in an agile development environment, with a strong emphasis on rapid iteration, continuous delivery, and customer feedback. Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Pay: AED27,000.00 - AED44,000.00 per month
