We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Lead to drive product innovation and market expansion.

Position Summary

The

Senior Product Lead

will be responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and management of SkipCash's digital payment products. This role requires a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, particularly within Qatar and the wider GCC region, as well as strong experience in digital payment systems, product strategy, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product initiatives align with business objectives, regulatory frameworks, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SkipCash's digital payment solutions. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends within the fintech and payments industry in Qatar and the GCC. Manage the full product lifecycle from idea to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals. collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class digital payment products. Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure products adhere to Qatar Central Bank regulatory standards. Establish and monitor product KPIs, evaluate performance metrics, and apply data-driven insights to guide product optimization. Communicate product strategies, updates, and performance reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Stay informed on innovations and developments in fintech, open banking, and digital payment technologies to maintain SkipCash's competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of

5 years of product management experience

within the fintech, digital payments, or financial services sectors. Strong understanding of payment systems, digital wallets, APIs, and Qatar fintech regulatory environment. Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital products in a competitive market. Experience working with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g.,

Jira, Slack , Clickup

). Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in the Qatar or GCC market is highly preferred.
