Strong UX, discovery and design-thinking knowledge is required.Responsibilities:Take ownership to provide user-centric design, and be responsible for the quality of design deliverables.Deeply understand the behaviour and needs of Middle East users by conducting usability testing and competitor analysisCollaborate closely with Product Managers and Business Owners to understand product requirements and business impact.Participate in product discussion and brainstorming, contribute ideas from user experience perspectives.Work with the engineering and QA team to ensure the implementation of the design on different platforms and the unity of product experience.Regularly summarize and output to maximize the value of the design in the product and the team.
