The role
We are looking for someone with pitch-perfect promo editing and producing skills to join a growing team creating brand identities, promotions, branded content and experiences for some of the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest entertainment, airline, travel and luxury brands. But first, do you want to work with some of the world\'s most-watched Movie and TV content? We are looking for a hotshot Senior Producer Editor to join our Dubai creative studio. You will produce and edit short-form entertainment, travel and retail promotions, with ad hoc opportunities for longer-form original content. You will help us grow our producing and editing team, acting as the fulcrum for all promo production from our Dubai hub.
Key Responsibilities

  • You will create impactful promos that bring the entertainment experience to life. You will conceive, produce and edit short, medium and long-form promo videos that will playout pre-roll before movies and TV, as well as on social. You will be pitching and developing your own promo concepts, writing scripts, sourcing assets, briefing designers, directing V/O, mixing the audio, creating edits, amending templated graphics and iterating creative according to stakeholder feedback.
  • Alongside the Creative Director, you will ensure every promo that you and the team produce is crafted to the highest possible creative standards, from initial concept to final output.
  • You will liaise with the Client, Creative Director, Designers, Account Management, and Production stakeholders to fully understand the requirements, expectations, brand challenges within the market, and vision of each production, raising, in a timely manner, any potential issues relating to cost, creative or execution. You are responsible for facilitating updates to templated promos overseeing more junior members where necessary.
  • Before any promo enters production, you will liaise with stakeholders to determine and agree campaign scope, estimates and schedules and advise on feasibility at all stages of planning. Productions will be scheduled in line with the correct internal and external resource available, to ensure utilization of the team is maximized.
  • Following performance of ads, you will review behavioural data from the entertainment platforms to gain insights on the impact of your promotions so that you can optimise topic, messaging, creative and programming of ads according to their impact on viewer behaviour and brand affinity.
  • We need to keep the promo department on track, so accurate budgets, tracking and project management will be key. You will calculate a thorough and accurate budget for each production, gaining sign-off from the client at each stage, making sure that all parties are aware of any limitations imposed by the budget. You will monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
  • Making best use of the resources you have, you will delegate work to Midweight Producers / Production support (FTE and freelance) where required and supervise their work to ensure they have a clear understanding of what is required of them, and that they are delivering work to the expected standard within the set deadlines and practices.
  • Proactively mentor and advise junior team members. Line manage midweight and junior producers.
About you
  • Experience \xe2\x80\x93 you have 7+ years video producing and editing experience working in a marketing/creative agency, production company or similar.
  • Confidence and vision \xe2\x80\x93 you excel at conceiving, developing and presenting ideas for promotions.
  • Strong copywriting expertise \xe2\x80\x93 you love crafting impactful, on-brand copy that breathes life into your promotions.
  • Promo Editing expertise \xe2\x80\x93 You know what a strong promo looks, feels and sounds like \xe2\x80\x93 and can always find ways of improving your outputs.
  • Masterful editing \xe2\x80\x93 you love crafting impactful edits with beautiful sound design, messaging and visuals.
  • Master of the tools \xe2\x80\x93 you are as comfortable jumping into After Effects to amend templates, as you are building edits in Premiere Pro.
  • Understanding of the audience \xe2\x80\x93 You understand your viewers\xe2\x80\x99 mindset and how to adapt creative according to viewer context, interests and language.
  • Workflow enhancer \xe2\x80\x93 you always looks for ways to enhance creative workflow from brief to delivery, whether operational, technical or human process.
  • Strong team building experience \xe2\x80\x93 you are a people person at heart and are always looking to get the best from those around you.
