Procurement Manager - Construction Sector

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement process from strategy to execution for construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods and services, while maintaining compliance with UAE laws and standards.

Lead the procurement process from strategy to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of construction-related goods and services. Manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, contract finalization, and supplier performance monitoring. Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and finance to align procurement with construction schedules. Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal procurement standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers. Proactively identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans. Contribute to cost control, budgeting, and reporting across all procurement functions. Requirements

6-8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles. Mandatory: Prior experience in the UAE construction contracting sector. Strong network and knowledge of UAE suppliers, subcontractors, and local market practices. Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage vendor performance. Proficiency in procurement systems and ERP tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. What We Offer
