Senior Procurement Officer (OS&E Specialist)-Female

Location: Lusail, Qatar
Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on performance and project needs)
Availability: Immediate Joining
Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Salary: QAR 5,000 (Full Package - inclusive of all allowances)

About the Role

Our client is seeking experienced and motivated Senior Procurement Officers specializing in Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This short-term assignment offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to procurement operations within the hospitality or facilities sector, with potential for contract extension based on performance and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for OS&E items, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. Identify and engage with reputable local and international suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Ensure compliance with

Qatar's procurement regulations

and internal company policies. Maintain supplier databases, monitor performance, and foster strong vendor relationships. Collaborate with project, operations, and finance teams to meet procurement objectives and deadlines. Track purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Requirements

Minimum of

3 years of experience

in procurement, preferably within the

hospitality or facilities management

sector in Qatar. Proven expertise in

Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E)

procurement. Strong knowledge of

Qatar's supplier market and procurement regulations

. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
