Senior Procurement Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to lead and support procurement operations, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute procurement processes efficiently and in line with organizational policies.
  • Review procurement policies and procedures regularly to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.
  • Manage vendor prequalification processes and maintain approved supplier lists.
  • Monitor vendor performance and collect feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure audit readiness.
  • Support process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in public sector procurement laws, tendering, and contract management preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
