Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with UAE construction industry experience. The role is responsible for sourcing materials and

services, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement aligned with project requirements.

Responsibilities:



Source, evaluate, and select suppliers in line with project and operational requirements.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency and value.
Manage vendor relationships, resolve issues, and regularly evaluate supplier performance.
Ensure materials and equipment meet required quality standards and are delivered on time.
Coordinate closely with project, site, and engineering teams to understand procurement needs.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability to support effective purchasing decisions.

Requirements:



Proven experience in the UAE construction industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and local market practices.
Ability to handle procurement documentation and basic reporting.
Immediately available for joining.
