Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for marine manufacturing and construction projects
Source, negotiate, and procure marine equipment, raw materials, spare parts, and subcontracted services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers and vendors
Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and compliance
Coordinate closely with engineering, production, project, and logistics teams
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and timelines
Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements
Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of marine-related materials
Support cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and marine industry regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience
, preferably in
marine manufacturing, shipbuilding, offshore, or marine construction
Strong knowledge of marine materials, equipment, and vendor networks
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Experience working with ERP/procurement systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
UAE experience is highly preferred
