Handle end-to-end procurement activities for construction, landscaping, HVAC, and MEP materials.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
Manage purchase orders, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to understand material requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
Manage procurement related to Civil building materials.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE regulations.
Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of overall procurement experience.
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience, preferably in Dubai. Strong knowledge of HVAC, CIVIL and MEP systems. Experience in building materials and landscaping materials procurement. Background in construction or contracting companies is essential.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Immediate Joining preferred
Arabic language is a plus point.
