Develop procurement schedules to ensure materials and services are available when needed, avoiding delays.
Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring they align with project timelines and quality standards.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
Monitor and enforce contract terms and conditions.
Ensure that all materials, equipment, and services meet the project's quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with quality control teams to inspect and verify the quality of procured items.
Monitor and track the delivery of materials to the construction site.
Ensure efficient inventory management to prevent overstocking or stockouts, and maintain a steady flow of necessary materials.
Identify potential risks related to procurement, such as supply chain delays or price fluctuations, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Maintain contingency plans in case of delivery issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Keep accurate records of procurement transactions, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and payment receipts.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of Procurement Executive, Purchasing Officer, or similar role.
Preferred industry from Real estate, Contracting, Fit-out, Construction
Ability to negotiate prices, contract terms, and deadlines with suppliers and contractors.
Understanding of construction materials, industry-specific requirements, and the regulatory environment in real estate development.
Ability to plan, organize, and oversee the procurement process to align with the overall project timeline.
