Minimum 12 to 15 years similar experience with MEP contractors in the Middle East preferably in Qatar.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Familiar with all procurement activities and provisions required by MEP Construction Company.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding about MEP Equipment and materials such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, pumps, pipes, valves, ducting accessories, plumbing & drainage materials, firefighting equipment and BMS system.
Study the project scope of works, clients\' requirement, BOQ, project mile to procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.
To procure MEP materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program
Prepare documentation for internal process as per company Standards.
Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Preference for locally available candidates only.
