Sr. Procurement Engineer - FF&E

Reports To Procurement Manager / Commercial Manager

Job Purpose

To manage the procurement of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) packages, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and alignment with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end FF&E procurement in line with approved specifications and budgets.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with FF&E suppliers to achieve best value.

Prepare comparative statements and procurement recommendations.

Coordinate with Design, Project, HSE, and Commercial teams to ensure compliance.

Monitor production, lead times, delivery, installation, and handover.

Ensure FF&E items meet quality standards, approvals, and regulatory requirements.

Track procurement budgets and report status, risks, and cost savings.

Maintain complete procurement documentation and close-out records.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Business Administration.

5-10 years of experience in FF&E procurement, preferably in construction, commercial, or residential projects in UAE.

Skills & Competencies

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Good understanding of drawings, specifications, and FF&E materials.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.

Preferred

Experience with international FF&E sourcing.

Knowledge of UAE market, logistics, and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
