Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Procurement Engineer

with 3-5 years of relevant experience in

MEP and Facilities Management

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions in alignment with project and maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and procure materials/services for MEP and FM operations. Evaluate supplier quotes and prepare comparative statements for management. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget constraints. Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance departments for material forecasting and planning. Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines. Track material usage and consumption to optimize stock and reduce waste. Prepare and issue purchase orders, RFQs, and contracts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred). 3-5 years of procurement experience in MEP or Facilities Management industry. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical materials and systems. Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
