Senior Procurement Engineer
Job Description
Company: A leading general contracting company in the UAE
Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience: 7-10 years
Salary Range: AED 12,000 - 16,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire procurement process for materials and subcontracted services.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best value and quality.
Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Analyze bids and proposals, and negotiate terms and conditions.
Prepare detailed costing sheets for awarded projects and bills of quantities (BOQs) for tenders.
Ensure all specifications are thoroughly reviewed and understood.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in procurement and subcontract management within the construction industry.
Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with general contracting contracts.
Excellent understanding of the UAE market and supply chain.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
