Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for oil & gas projects
Prepare and evaluate RFQs, bid analysis, and supplier selection processes
Ensure procurement activities comply with ADNOC standards, policies, and procedures
Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers and vendors
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to meet project timelines
Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships
Review and validate procurement documentation, including purchase orders and contracts
Track procurement progress and resolve issues impacting project schedules
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in oil & gas projects, with ADNOC project experience preferred
ADNOC approval or certification is mandatory
Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
Knowledge of ADNOC procurement policies, standards, and industry best practices
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a team environment
