Requirements:
Minimum
15 years of experience
in procurement within the UAE Strong background inengineering and construction procurement
Extensive knowledge of local and international suppliers and vendors Proven experience in negotiations, contracts, and purchase orders Ability to manage procurement activities for large-scale projects Strong coordination skills with technical and project teams Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage)Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all procurement activities for engineering projects Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best value Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality
