Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the procurement activities for large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC's procurement standards and industry best practices.
Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors, ensuring they meet ADNOC's quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Prepare and manage procurement strategies, including cost analysis, supplier negotiations, and contracts.
Coordinate with engineering, project management, and other teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring long-term partnerships that align with project and organizational goals.
Review and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Manage the full procurement cycle, including issuing tenders, evaluating bids, preparing contracts, and ensuring post-delivery support.
Monitor procurement performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management on procurement status, cost savings, and any potential risks or issues.
Ensure that procurement documentation, records, and reports are maintained in compliance with ADNOC and company policies.
Resolve any procurement-related issues, such as supplier disputes, delays, or quality concerns, to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience
in procurement engineering, specifically within the
ADNOC
framework or similar oil and gas projects.
Strong understanding of
procurement processes

Expertise in
contract negotiation
, supplier evaluation, and cost management.
Experience working with ADNOC's
procurement guidelines

Bachelor's degree

CIPS
(Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or similar certifications are preferred.
