Senior Procurement & Contracts Officer
withstrong Abu Dhabi market experience
to managestrategic procurement, contracts, and business acquisition
. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability tobring new business, secure contracts, and negotiate high-value commercial agreements
.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
strategic procurement plans
ManageRFQ, RFP, RFI, tendering, bid evaluation, and supplier selection
Prepare, review, negotiate, and managecontracts, SLAs, MOUs, and agreements
Secure new business and long-term contracts
with clients, developers, and government entities Build strong relationships withclients, consultants, vendors, and authorities
Ensure compliance withUAE & Abu Dhabi laws and regulations
Monitor supplier and contract performance Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and KPIsRequirements
Bachelor's Degree (Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related)
Minimum 10 years' procurement & contracts experience in Abu Dhabi
Proven record inwinning contracts and business development
Strong negotiation and commercial skills Knowledge ofAbu Dhabi authority requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ERP / procurement systems knowledgeArabic is an advantage
UAE Driving License preferred
