We are looking for a Senior PR Manager to spearhead public relations endeavors within a holding company and family office. This role entails crafting and executing comprehensive PR strategies to bolster the brand identity and corporate values. Additionally, managing the personal branding and public image of our Founder is a key responsibility. The Senior PR Manager will play a pivotal role in upholding the reputations of the Founder, the family office, and the regulated fintech companies, leveraging a substantial professional network within the UAE to establish an in-house PR mechanism and reduce reliance on external agencies.

Responsibilities and Duties: * PR Strategy Development: Design and implement a cohesive PR strategy enhancing visibility for the Founder, the family office, and portfolio companies.

• Founders Brand Management: Cultivate and promote the Founder\'s personal brand in alignment with corporate values.
• Reputation Monitoring: Continuously monitor and address any reputational challenges faced by the Founder, family office, and portfolio companies.
• Media Relations: Utilize existing and forge new media connections to optimize PR outcomes, managing press events, releases, and interviews.
• In-House PR Development: Establish and maintain an internal PR department for self-sufficient PR activities.
• Crisis Management: Prepare for and manage PR crises swiftly and effectively across platforms.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling, brand-aligned content across various platforms.
• Networking: Expand professional contacts in the PR and media space to enhance PR initiatives.
• PR Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns positioning the Founder and the family office in the market.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior leadership to align PR activities with broader business objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate PR campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights.
• PR Training and Guidelines: Develop comprehensive PR training and implement company-wide PR guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years in PR with 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in finance or fintech.
• Track record in managing PR for high-profile individuals and corporate brands.
• Extensive professional network within UAE media and PR landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in crisis management and strategic communications.
• Proficiency in digital/social media platforms.
