KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, management, or other related field
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in PR
GCC experience is essential
Proven experience in corporate PR, preferably within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Must have held a Director-level role for a minimum of 2 years
Fluency in Arabic is required, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both Arabic and English
Strong agency background, with a solid understanding of communications strategy and agency operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Leadership experience with the ability to guide teams in strategy development and client relations
Proven experience in managing government entities and direct cleint reportee to Head of Division
Excellent media, influencer, and stakeholder relations across key industries
Expertise in crisis communication and brand reputation management
Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong understanding of global market trends, particularly in luxury fashion and lifestyle sectors
Exceptional leadership abilities to manage and mentor multiple team members across all levels
Experience in developing processes and structures to improve team efficiency
Ability to work closely with senior management, aligning communication strategies with company goals

Provide strategic leadership and overall ownership of assigned client, acting as the primary senior point of contact and trusted advisor, while ensuring long-term growth and excellence in communications delivery
Lead, manage, and inspire the communications team across Director, Communications Manager, and Executive levels, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
Serve as the face of the team for clients, media, and key stakeholders, representing the client and The Qode with confidence, credibility, and authority
Oversee the development and execution of integrated communications strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals
Drive innovation and operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to enhance team processes, workflows, and service delivery
Lead crisis communications and reputation management, proactively identifying risks and guiding the team in developing effective response strategies
Maintain regular communication with senior management, providing strategic updates on account performance, team capacity, risks, and opportunities
Support the conceptualisation and execution of client events, campaigns, and key initiatives as required
Ensure effective resource planning and allocation to support account delivery, team wellbeing, and project execution
Act as a strategic bridge between senior management and delivery teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational priorities
Work closely with the Vice Presidents to implement strategic plans that drive business growth, client retention, and operational excellence
