Our client is a reputable investment institution based in the UAE, they are looking to hire a Senior Portfolio Manager who specializes in Hedge Fund of Funds to join their team. The role with entail identifying, selecting, and monitoring the performance of hedge funds that fit the firm\'s investment objectives and risk tolerance. This involves conducting extensive research on various hedge funds, including their investment strategies, performance history, management team, and risk management processes.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for identifying and evaluating hedge funds that are suitable for the portfolio, based on factors such as investment strategy, risk management, and historical performance
- Construct a portfolio of hedge funds that align with the investment objectives of the fund and manage the portfolio by making buy and sell decisions based on market conditions
- Monitor and manage the risks associated with the fund\'s investments to ensure that the fund stays within its risk parameters and losses are minimized
- Regularly monitor the performance of the fund\'s investments
- Build and maintain relationship engagement with stakeholders and investors
- Ensure that all investment activities are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 to 15 years of investment experience with exposure to hedge fund of funds
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Economics or similar disciplines; CFA is preferable
- Deep understanding of financial markets & hedge fund investment strategies
- Strong communication skills; highly capable of presenting investment recommendations to top management
