DescriptionInitially based in the Head office 15 Minutes drive from Dubai Marina you will be a critical part of the pre-construction team handling a ECI. You will have the planning skills, technical awareness and insight of the UAE Main Contracting market. You will be able to provide critical input to all aspects of the tender / design / bid & program.You will have the technical awareness and planning experience to add value before we go to site in 8-10 Months time. There on you will be a senior planning acting as the 2IC to the Planning Manager heading up the project. If you have the career drive and tenacity there is a path to planning manager for those that want it.You will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a healthy pipeline of work. Do you have a track record as a Senior Planner in the UAE on Build Projects ? You will know clients, consultants and have a track record working on relevant Design & Build Projects.The following is 100% crucial for this employer: * Analytical and methodical approach to work

• Sounds Technical & Engineering background
• Able to manage a small team in a hands on manner
• Build a strong working relationship with a Senior Project Manager & Planning Manager

Do you match the following criteria

• Do you have a track record within Tier 1 & 2 Main Contractors in the UAE ?
• P6 / Primavera software experience
• Can you hold your own and have meaningful conversations with Client , RE & Project Directors & Operations Managers onsite.
