Job Vacancy - Senior Planning Engineer



A&M International is seeking to hire a highly qualified

Senior Planning Engineer

to join our projects in

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Roles & Responsibilities:



Prepare, develop, and update detailed project schedules using

Primavera P6

and

MS Project

. Monitor actual project progress, analyze variances between planned and actual performance, and propose effective corrective actions. Prepare comprehensive periodic reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports) covering progress status, risks, and future projections. Coordinate directly with site teams, engineering, and procurement departments to ensure activities align with the approved schedule. Perform delay analysis and prepare

Delay Analysis Reports

using international best practices. Support project management in resource planning, budgeting, and evaluating changes and their potential impacts.

Requirements:



Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in the UAE in project planning for engineering or construction projects. Strong knowledge of project planning principles and project management standards (PMI). Professional proficiency in

Primavera P6

. High analytical skills and ability to provide practical and well-informed solutions. Excellent skills in preparing professional reports and presentations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
