Senior Planning Engineer

Job Description
1. Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop detailed MEP schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to integrate MEP activities into the master construction schedule. Identify project milestones, critical paths, and potential risks.
2. Coordination & Execution:
Collaborate with MEP designers, consultants, contractors, and site engineers to ensure smooth execution. Monitor MEP progress and update schedules accordingly. Ensure MEP works are aligned with approved shop drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
3. Resource Management:
Estimate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements for MEP activities. Track procurement and delivery schedules for MEP components.
4. Risk & Delay Management:
Identify potential delays and develop mitigation plans. Report progress, risks, and deviations to project management.
5. Quality & Compliance:
Ensure all MEP installations meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Support site inspections, testing, and commissioning processes.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Maintain records of MEP-related changes, approvals, and delays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
