We are looking for an experienced
Senior Planning Engineer
to lead project scheduling, planning, and progress monitoring for large-scale projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience
inconstruction, infrastructure, or oil & gas
industries, ensuring project timelines and cost controls are met efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage
project schedules, baseline programs, and progress reports
using Primavera (P6). Monitor and track project progress, highlighting delays and recommending corrective actions. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment. Prepareweekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and forecast updates
. Conductdelay analysis, EOT claims, and recovery schedules
as required. Assist in tender planning, including preparation ofresource histograms, manpower, and cash flow projections
. Ensure planning deliverables comply withAshghal and client requirements
. Support management in risk analysis and strategic decision-making.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering or related field
.10+ years of planning experience
, with at least 5 years inconsultancy in Qatar
. Proven experience inroads, highways, and infrastructure projects
. Expert inPrimavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office
. Strong knowledge ofQCS, Ashghal requirements, and international planning standards
. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.UPDA/MMUP certification preferred
.Must be available to join immediately
