Candidate Qualifications:

10+ years of experience Expert in

project scheduling

planning engineering

, and

program management

Skilled in delay analysis

,

EOT preparation

, and

risk management

Proficient with Primavera P6

and familiar with

Clause 8.3 / 14.1

program requirements Strong communication skills and cross-functional coordination with

clients, stakeholders, and site teams

Deep understanding of budgeting

,

procurement

, and

financial controls

on capital projects Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

,

Construction Management

, or related field
Core Accountabilities:

Monitor contractor programs, identify delays, and escalate risks Prepare, assess, and validate

EOT claims

, including

Time Impact

and

Window Analysis

Support Resident Engineers/PMs in managing risks

,

delays

, and

opportunities

Drive operational excellence in design delivery

,

resource planning

, and

cost control

Prepare weekly/monthly reports

on project performance, risks, and corrective actions Coordinate

manpower

,

cash flow

, and

resource planning

across multiple projects
Duties & Responsibilities:

Review and approve Clause 8.3 / 14.1 contractor submissions Conduct monthly

delay assessments

,

risk analysis

, and

mitigation planning

Work closely with contractor planners to track and update baseline programs

Advise PMs on delays and help issue delay notices

Develop and manage cash- and resource-loaded schedules

in

Primavera P6

Lead regular progress meetings

and communicate project deliverables to stakeholders Support REs and site teams in resolving

site-specific planning challenges
