Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Planning Engineer
to join our project team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible forprogramme management, baseline preparation, delay analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims
in accordance with international contract standards.Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and maintain
baseline construction programmes
usingPrimavera P6
Manage and updatedetailed project schedules
and monitor progress Performcritical path analysis
and programme recovery planning Prepare and evaluateExtension of Time (EOT) claims
in accordance withFIDIC contracts
ConductTime Impact Analysis (TIA)
and delay analysis Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Consultants regarding programme issues Support contractual claims, progress reports, and programme narratives Manage planning teams and provide technical leadershipRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Construction Management )
Minimum 15 years total experience
in planning and schedulingMinimum 7 years proven experience in the UAE / Emirates
Strong experience inbaseline programme development
Extensive experience inEOT preparation and claims management
Advanced proficiency inPrimavera P6
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
Experience on large-scale building Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience working with Consultants and Employers in the UAE
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
