Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling:
Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), establish baselines, and develop overall project schedules.Progress Monitoring:
Track actual progress vs. planned, analyze performance, and implement recovery plans for slippage.Resource Management:
Allocate resources, monitor costs, and manage budgets.Reporting & Communication:
Prepare strategic reports, present plans to stakeholders, and liaise with clients, contractors, and management.Risk Management:
Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.Leadership:
Guide junior engineers and ensure team alignment with project objectives.Essential Skills & Qualifications
Software Proficiency:
Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP/MRP systems.Experience:
Significant experience in a relevant field (e.g., construction, oil & gas).Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to analyze data, interpret drawings, and solve problems.Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership.Job Type: Full-time
