Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
(Master's preferred).8-15 years
experience in planning, with at least5 years in the UAE
. Proven experience withvilla communities, mid-rise buildings, and high-rise towers
. Strong command ofPrimavera P6
and project control methodologies. Excellent understanding of UAE construction practices, authorities, and contract conditions (FIDIC preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
