Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Planning Engineer
to join our project management team for large-scalehigh-rise building developments
in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality targets.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain
project schedules
usingPrimavera P6
. Preparebaseline programs
, resource histograms, and cash flow projections. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure proper planning and progress tracking. Conductcritical path analysis
and highlight potential delays or risks to management. Prepare and presentweekly and monthly progress reports
to clients and internal stakeholders. Participate inclaims preparation, EOT (Extension of Time)
analysis, and schedule recovery planning. Ensure full compliance with contractual scheduling and reporting requirements. Support tendering teams with project planning and resource estimation.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
or equivalent.8-12 years
of proven experience in project planning and control within the UAE. Strong background inhigh-rise building construction
(minimum 30 floors preferred). Proficient inPrimavera P6
, MS Project, and MS Office Suite. Solid understanding ofconstruction sequencing
,contract administration
, andEOT claims
. Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills. Knowledge of FIDIC contracts will be an added advantage.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
