Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 10 years of experience as a Senior Planning Engineer in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. Proven experience in high-rise building, towers, villas projects.
Responsibilities
Schedule Management
: Develop detailed baseline, revised, and recovery schedules for project execution, often using software like Primavera P6.Resource Management
: Allocate and track resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to tasks and optimize resource usage.Risk & Change Management
: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage changes to project scope through formal procedures.Progress Monitoring
: Track project progress against the plan, identify deviations, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.Cost Management
: Assign costs to resources, develop cost breakdown structures, and use techniques like Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess performance.Stakeholder Communication
: Attend meetings, coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams, and communicate project status and issues to clients and consultants.Contractual Compliance
: Understand contract requirements, including milestones and payment terms, and ensure project activities comply with contractual obligations.Job Type: Full-time
