Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using
Primavera P6
and/orMS Project
. Preparebaseline programs
,progress updates
, andrecovery schedules
. Monitor project progress against planned milestones and report deviations. Performcritical path analysis
, resource loading, and forecasting. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate schedule integration. Generate periodic progress reports and dashboards for management and clients. SupportEOT (Extension of Time)
claims with proper documentation and analysis. Participate in project risk assessments and mitigation planning. Ensure compliance with company and client planning procedures. Mentor and guide junior planners and project control staff.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Planning experience in the construction/infrastructure sector. Proficient in
Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Solid understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and cost control. Proven experience in delay analysis and mitigation planning.Job Type: Full-time
