Highly skilled
Senior Planning Engineer
with extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring within the UAE construction industry. Adept at preparing and managing project schedules using Primavera (P6) and MS Project, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements. Strong background in consultancy and contractor environments forvilla, infrastructure, and high-rise developments
.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules in line with contractual milestones and resource allocation. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure schedule adherence. Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and delay analysis for management and client review. Conduct earned value analysis and identify potential risks and mitigation measures. Review contractors' baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans. Participate in project progress meetings and provide planning input for decision-making. Support claims and extension-of-time (EOT) submissions with detailed time-impact analyses. Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract conditions, and client requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum
8 years of experience in Consultancy
, withat least 8 years in the UAE
. Proficient inPrimavera P6
andMS Project
. Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Experience inconsultancy or project management environments
preferred.Preferred Experience:
Exposure to
Emaar, Dubai Properties, or similar major developer projects
. Background inbuilding, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments
