Senior Planning Engineer
One of the fastest growing Construction Companies required a Senior Planning Engineer with Civil Engineering background for its project office in Dubai, UAE.
10 to 15 years' experience as Planning Engineer within building construction/ infrastructure projects in the Gulf region, preferably in the UAE. Responsible to Develop Project Specific Planning & Scheduling Procedure. Preparation of schedule, Tracking & Updating the same. Preparation of Progress Reports regularly, as required. Identify risks, potential delays, and bottlenecks in advance. Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc progress reports for management and clients. Provide Look Ahead and exception Plan to team. Preparation of Forecast schedule with mitigation plan. Invoicing & Monitoring project cost by means of Cash Flow Chart. Review of Registers maintained by Document Controller Team. Organizing internal review meetings to expedite the project works. Develop Change order request & Extension of Time requirements. Providing assistance in MIS generation Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Graduate Engineer in Civil. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel, Scheduling Concept, MS Office. Knowledge on Procurement, Construction & Commissioning relevant activities will be an added advantage
