Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Planning Engineer

to join our dynamic real estate development team. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and control within large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project Coordinate with design, construction, and commercial teams to align timelines and deliverables Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and delays Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and recovery plans to senior management Conduct time impact analysis and recommend mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones Support tender planning and bid submissions with detailed time schedules Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure planning accuracy Lead planning meetings and workshops across multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 10 years of planning experience in the real estate or construction sector Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools Strong understanding of construction methodologies and real estate development cycles Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills PMP or PSP certification is a plus
