Graduate in Civil Engineering

Immediate Joiner

Experience in Villas, Buildings, Residential

Should be familiar with work scope, quantity and logical sequences. Responsible for creating and implementing the schedule, the budget & calculating labour and equipment requirement. Also responsible for preparing bar chart, project cash flow, manpower calculation & utilization schedule. He will be in charge of regularly updating progress of work, preparing recovery programs to catch up delays, preparing short term detailed schedule based on baseline schedule. should be adept at foreseeing possible delays and have the ability to be prepared with recovery programs. Variations and Cost escalations should be dealt with to the advantage of the Main Contractor. Should be familiar with scheduling software like MS excel, Access, MS Project, Primavera etc. Strong understanding of contractual matter, earn value method, and be familiar with scope management and change control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 per month
