to lead planning and scheduling activities for our RTA projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of planning methodologies, authority standards and scheduling tools with a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure project involving roads, utilities and bridges.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years experience in planning, with experience working on RTA projects
Proficient in Primavera P6
Strong experience in roads, utilities (wet/dry), and bridge construction planning
Familiarity with RTA standards, procedures and reporting formats.
Key Roles:
Develop, monitor and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare and submit monthly progress reports, lookahead plans, and recovery plans where necessary.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure accurate planning input.
Lead planning meeting to present planning and progress updates.
Identify risks and deviations early and propose corrective actions.
Carry out other tasks as needed assigned by the project manager.
