Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Planning Engineer

to lead and manage the planning, scheduling, and monitoring functions across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expert knowledge of planning tools, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project milestones, and resource-loaded schedules. Monitor project progress and generate weekly/monthly reports, including critical path analysis, look-ahead schedules, and variance analysis. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with project goals. Prepare recovery schedules and support claim analysis as required. Forecast and identify potential delays and recommend mitigation strategies. Support in preparing extension of time (EOT) claims with proper documentation and delay analysis. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project delivery milestones. Conduct risk analysis and schedule impact assessments. Mentor and guide junior planning staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling of medium to large-scale projects. Proficient in

, MS Project, and MS Excel. In-depth understanding of project lifecycle, cost control, and resource planning. Strong knowledge of FIDIC and/or other contract frameworks. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
