Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer with expertise in steel fabrication and erection projects. The role requires comprehensive planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders. Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment. Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project overruns. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Attend progress meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Review and assess project changes, ensuring adjustments are incorporated into schedules and budgets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical). 7+ years of experience in steel fabrication and erection projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
