Job Description
Position: Site - Senior Planning Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Review and understand the
project scope, contract requirements, and construction methodology
Develop, update, and maintaindetailed project schedules
using Primavera P6Prepare and manage
baseline, revised, and recovery schedules Monitor project progress and identifydelay events
; provide support forEOT claims
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in planning construction projects
Prepare and submit
weekly, monthly, and look-ahead progress reports Analyze schedule performance, productivity, and cost impactsPresent project schedules and progress updates to
clients, consultants, and internal teams Produce visual planning tools includingbar charts, network diagrams, and progress curves
Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure schedule compliance
At least8 years' experience
planning and programminglarge, complex projects
Strong expertise in
Primavera P6(Enterprise & Contract Management)
Proven experience inschedule analysis, delay analysis, and cost control
Ashghal project experiencepreferred, particularly with
MEP / ELV projects Membership in aChartered professional body
is an advantageStrong reporting, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
PMP
Primavera P6
MS ProjectJob Type: Full-time
