Senior Planning Engineer Construction (office Based)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on schedule performance. Analyze schedule risks, delays, and deviations; recommend recovery plans. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment on project timelines. Interface with offshore planning and execution teams to ensure accurate data integration. Participate in progress review meetings and provide planning support for decision-making. Support change management, claims analysis, and extension of time evaluations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in engineering Minimum 15 years of planning experience in the oil and gas construction industry, including offshore project exposure. Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project; strong Excel skills. Solid understanding of construction methodologies, work breakdown structures (WBS), and critical path analysis. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
