Senior Planning Engineer

with strong experience in the UAE--capable of developing precise execution plans and managing project schedules efficiently to ensure the highest quality standards and strict adherence to approved timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop detailed project schedules using advanced planning software such as

Primavera P6

. Continuously analyze work progress and present clear, professional reports to senior management and clients. Coordinate directly with site teams, engineering, and procurement departments to ensure timely achievement of project milestones. Prepare

Delay Analysis

reports and

Recovery Plans

, and follow up on their implementation accurately. Develop effective strategies to address technical and logistical challenges across project phases. Monitor resources and costs, and track productivity curves to maintain optimal operational efficiency. Participate in client and consultant meetings, presenting technical planning-related documents and schedule updates. Update project schedules on a weekly and monthly basis, providing KPIs, risk scenarios, and proposed mitigation solutions.

Job Requirements:

Minimum

7-10 years

of experience in planning engineering, with proven experience in major UAE projects. Full proficiency in

Primavera P6

and MS Project. Engineering background in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering

. Strong ability to prepare technical and analytical reports in English. Experience in infrastructure, buildings, industrial projects, or multi-story developments within the UAE. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
