Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Project planning and scheduling:
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines, including work breakdown structures, and manage them through to completion.Resource coordination:
Ensure the proper allocation and coordination of necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.Progress monitoring:
Track project progress against the schedule, identify delays, and implement recovery plans as needed.Risk management:
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks that could affect project timelines.Stakeholder collaboration:
Work with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with objectives.Reporting:
Prepare and present reports on project status, performance, and budget to management and clients.Required skills and qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience:
Minimum 8 years experience in project planning, ideally with large-scale projects in a relevant industry, is essential.Software proficiency:
Expertise in project planning and scheduling software is a must.Problem-solving:
Strong problem-solving abilities are needed to overcome challenges and keep the project on track.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.Organizational skills:
Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED17,000.00 per month
