Key Responsibilities

Create detailed project schedules and plans using Critical Path Method (CPM) and Gantt charts. Track project progress against established baselines and identify any potential delays or deviations. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Assist with budget preparation, resource allocation, and cost estimation to ensure financial control. Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders, management, and clients. Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure alignment. Ensure project activities comply with quality standards and health and safety regulations. Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improving future planning processes.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement. Experience in project planning, forecasting, and strategic planning. A meticulous approach to planning and organizing project details.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction Management, etc.) or a related field. Relevant experience, especially in managing construction or engineering projects, is a key asset.
