Location Category Planning Senior Job Type Full-time Working Days Planning Engineer shall work in close corporation with Project Manager(s) / Resident Engineer(s) and with the Client to perform the following functions, but not limited to: Prepare detailed design and construction program and time scaled charts and diagrams Review/Prepare and issue an overall project programme (As per contract requirement) by Contractor or any other project stakeholders Ensure that the project programme shall represent a realistic plan for the preparation of integrated design information for all design elements of the Project. Monitor, adapt and interface the project and design programmes as necessary throughout the course of the Project. As a minimum it should be updated in each fortnightly Report to record percentage completeness and the critical path activities assessed with each issue, as well as at key design and project stages. Advise the Employer if the project programmes are unlikely to be met and the corrective measures that are available to ensure that overall targets are achieved. Review and evaluate extension impact on change requests and claim Prepare impact analysis of schedule changes, identify schedule variances and evaluate proposed mitigation strategies Review third-party design and/or construction schedules and provide feedbacks Prepare detailed schedule analysis reporting documents and reports as required Develop reporting tools to communicate project sequencing and/or delay assessment Continually monitor and evaluate step by step of a project management process to ensure that the ongoing projects are meeting budgetary and deadline goals. Report to Management to discuss the progress of each project and identify staffing needs, schedule changes, project scope adjustments and more. Develop project schedules, budgets and progress reports. Perform other project and duties as assigned by manager. Job Requirements Attested university certificate 7-10 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in similar role Primavera p6, Microsoft projects, MS office suit Good understanding of infrastructure and landscape projects Knowledge in contractual procedures and administration Knowledge in EOT claims preparation and review #J-18808-Ljbffr
